These Terms of Service govern your use of the Financial Foresight platform, operated by True North Tech LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. We'll notify users of significant updates via email or in-app notice.

Financial Foresight provides tools for personal financial planning, scenario modeling, budgeting, debt tracking, goal setting, and related features. The platform is designed to help you organize your financial information and explore different outcomes.

Financial Foresight is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections, calculations, and scenarios are estimates based on the information you provide and the assumptions you choose. They are not guarantees of future results.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. We strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified financial professional before making significant financial commitments based on any information from this platform.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Use a strong, unique password and don't share your login information with others.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. If any of your information changes, it's your responsibility to keep it updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for fraudulent purposes, or are inactive for an extended period. We'll provide reasonable notice before terminating an active account whenever possible.

You agree not to use Financial Foresight for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or systems connected to the platform.

You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform without our written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

You may not use the platform to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is otherwise harmful or objectionable.

We actively monitor suspicious activity and may take appropriate action against users who violate these terms.

Any financial data, scenarios, goals, or other content you create on the platform belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your data.

You can export or permanently delete your data at any time. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We don't use your data for any other purpose.

Financial Foresight offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes won't affect your current billing period. If you don't agree with new pricing, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Financial Foresight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any projections or calculations will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North Tech LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made using the platform's tools or projections.

All rights, title, and interest in the Financial Foresight platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, are owned by True North Tech LLC. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as intended.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform without our written permission. Attempting to do so will constitute a violation of these terms and immediate action will be taken.

You can close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, we'll permanently delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the platform. If we discontinue the platform entirely, we'll provide reasonable notice and time to export your data before deletion.
