Our Values
What we refuse
to compromise on
These aren't aspirational statements. They're decisions we've already made and commitments we enforce in every line of code, every feature, and every business decision.
User Empowerment
Financial Foresight exists to help you make informed financial decisions with confidence. We can't provide financial advice, and we never will. What we can do is give you the tools, clarity, and context to evaluate your options, understand the tradeoffs behind major decisions, and approach your financial future prepared. A good tool makes you more capable. We're building that kind of tool.
Data Privacy
Your financial data belongs to you. We don't sell it, rent it, trade it, anonymize it for external use, or monetize it in any form. We run no targeted advertisements, build no behavioral profiles, and conduct no tracking beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the product. The only data we share is the minimum each service provider needs to do its job, and every provider is listed by name with their specific role. No company, no investor, and no dollar amount will change that.

There are no hidden fees, no dark patterns, and no fine print designed to mislead you. When our projections rely on assumptions, we surface them explicitly so you understand how they affect the numbers. Trust is built by showing your work. If we can't explain a decision openly, we shouldn't be making it.
Accessibility
You shouldn't need a finance degree, a high income, or a tolerance for spreadsheets to plan your financial future. The language in this product is plain, the interface is clear, and the free plan is genuinely useful. Everyone deserves access to straightforward tools that help them think clearly about money.
Accountability
We hold every feature, calculation, and user experience to a high standard. While acknowledging we haven't reached perfection and never will, we will always try to strive for it. When we get something wrong, we own it. We fix it, communicate what happened, and take steps to prevent a recurrence. We'd rather be honest about a mistake than hide it. That's the only way to get better.
See for yourself
Values mean nothing without follow-through. Try the product and judge us by what we actually built.
